Dont even think about buying from this place!! Stopped by on a Saturday, I was approved for a vechicle same day, since it was late in afternoon, and wasn't ready to closed deal, i asked for them to hold vechicle til' Monday and offered to put deposit to hold it til Monday. The sales man, by the name of Dominique, told me there was no need for the deposit, that they would hold it til Monday. Monday comes around, called them up to touch base and to let them know i was on my way to pick up car, to my surprise, this Dominique guy simply said, "Oh, we just sold that car,sorry" explaining my self was useless, he simply stated that he had no recollection of him ever promising to hold such vechicle til' monday nor there was any record of a deposit for such. I ended up stranded, since i sodl my car that Monday, and such money was going to go towards the car they promise to hold for me, if this is what they did to me, i just can't imagine what they do to other customers, buyers be ware!! of this bussiness and their dishonest sales practices, take your bussiness somewhere else.

WOW! What an amazing car buying experience. Not just once, but twice. The first time I went to Imports Auto Outlet, I was helped by a gentleman named Dominic. I told him how much cash I had and that I wanted to buy a car and he showed me all the options within my price range. After evaluating all these options as well as test driving every single car I ended up eventually choosing a car, which happened to be my first car. He told me what issues typically came along with certain brands, and gave me a lot of information about the car I was buying. Every single thing about the car, Dominic informed me about. There was no surprises with the car, and no issues at all. I had bought a 96' Honda Civic drove it for a year from spring valley to Chula vista daily, and haven't had a single problem with it till this day. This car buying experience was so enjoyable, that it was without a doubt that I went there to buy my second car, except this time financing it. The second time around I dealt with a man named Aaron who seemed to be the owner of the lot. Every single request I had concerning this car, whether it was the payments per month, the down payment, my payments per month, or just simply changing my mind on the car I wanted a few times, Aaron was there to do anything he could to help with a smile on his face. Aarons positive attitude gave me the confidence I needed to get exactly what I want for exactly what I want, leaving the lot with what must be the best car buying experience ever. I ended up buying a 350z, but before leaving the lot, the guys took the car to a reliable guy of theirs to repaint the bumper for me, free of charge, because there was a little paint damage. Wow, these guys are the absolute best and I am completely loyal to them for everything they've done for me. I can't wait to go back there and buy my third car.

The buying experience was ok. The experience after was just constant headaches. And us making the phone calls to them for updates on paperwork. We took the car back to them for service and come to found out they didnt fix the problem and half ass it. I wouldnt recommend going to them.
